Space is static, like a snapshot picture, or the images on a reel of film in a movie. Time is an oscillation, it moves, it goes up and down, round and round, like a sound wave traveling through the air. Like any oscillation that goes up and down around a zero point, there is a point where it is there, and a point where is doesn't even exist. This oscillation goes up and down many trillions of times a second, and there is a point where we are very much here, and a point where none of this exists. But like a movie where still images are shown so fast that they blend into what looks like normal time, we only experience our existence, and we don't notice when we are not really here.
