I know it's a problem. It takes practice. It's why Earth people have forgotten how to use telepathy. Many thousands of years ago when Earth people were telepathic it got out of control. Endless thoughts of fear, jealousy, hatred and an obsession with sex infected the collective mind. It got so bad that you guys just filtered it all out, and then forgot how to use it. It's time to start using it again, though, and night school will help.
